The Manager Workplace Experience is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace environment that supports business performance and employee experience. The role oversees facilities operations, workplace services, fleet administration, vendor management, hospitality, and administrative support while ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the incumbent drives operational excellence, workplace optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilities & Workplace Management

• Manage workplace facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure premises are safe, compliant, and fit for business needs.

• Drive workplace improvements, space optimization, and employee experience initiatives.

• Monitor workplace performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Oversee contracts, service levels, and procurement compliance.

• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Fleet & Administrative Services

• Oversee fleet operations and related administration.

• Manage travel, visa support, and workplace-related administrative services.

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.

Front Desk & Hospitality

• Lead reception and hospitality services.

• Maintain high standards for visitor and employee experience.

• Support workplace events and activities.

Budget, Safety & Compliance

• Manage workplace budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental requirements.

• Coordinate risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, and business continuity measures.

Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of workplace professionals.

• Manage performance, foster collaboration, and build strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, corporate services, or administration.

• Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.

• Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in a multinational organization is an advantage.
