This position helps translate portfolio strategy into valuable experiences, tools, and initiatives for healthcare professionals, field teams, and health system stakeholders. As Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence, turn field insights into relevant solutions, and strengthen the experience of hematologists and other healthcare professionals involved in rare disease care.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence Coordinate implementation of the brand plan and priority initiatives for the Hematology portfolio. Translate strategic priorities into clear workplans with deliverables, owners, milestones, and performance indicators. Coordinate campaigns, materials, programs, events, and special projects while promoting quality, agility, and consistency in execution. Monitor results and identify learnings that can continuously strengthen portfolio initiatives. Customer and Field Insights Collaborate closely with Sales and Access teams to understand the needs of hematologists, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Participate in field visits and structured listening opportunities with customer-facing colleagues to gather meaningful insights. Turn insights, market information, and field learnings into actionable proposals and valuable solutions. Promote an approach centered on the needs of healthcare professionals and patients across initiatives. Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration Build collaborative relationships with Medical, Access, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and other relevant teams. Facilitate stakeholder alignment to advance shared priorities and support timely decision-making. Coordinate agencies, vendors, and external partners by setting clear expectations and monitoring deliverable quality. Contribute to an inclusive culture of trust and learning that values diverse perspectives and experiences. Innovation and Customer Experience Propose new approaches to customer engagement through in-person, digital, and omnichannel experiences. Explore opportunities to incorporate analytics, automation, and emerging capabilities that strengthen execution. Develop creative solutions that respond to the needs of customers and field teams. Share learnings and practices that encourage continuous improvement and responsible innovation. Project and Resource Management Manage multiple initiatives in an organized manner, prioritizing according to potential impact and strategic alignment. Monitor budget, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes associated with the portfolio. Anticipate dependencies and opportunities, proposing options that support project progress. Help ensure activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies, standards, and processes.
