Service Sales Engineer

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate to be based in Bandung , covering Bandung and West Java . This role will be responsible to manage customer accounts related to spare parts sales, identifying customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and supporting business growth through proactive account management and value-added service recommendations.

Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts for all spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales activities. Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for spare parts requirements. Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts solutions to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance. Identify opportunities for spare parts replacement, modernization, and maintenance improvements that add value to the customer. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions to secure orders and achieve sales targets. Provide technical and commercial support to customers by coordinating with internal teams and subject matter experts when required. Monitor customer equipment conditions, maintenance recommendations, and parts consumption trends to proactively propose solutions. Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, customer communications, and account activities in company systems. Key Requirements Possesses a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator. Possesses initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation. Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills. Characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results. Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
