Recruiting Coordinator

Voloridge Investment Management was founded by David Vogel in 2009 and is based in Jupiter, FL. We incorporate advanced data science and mathematics into our systematic, market neutral investment strategies to exploit alpha opportunities we consider unique in financial markets. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the strategic expansion of our investment and business teams across Voloridge Investment Management and VOLO Health. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Recruiters in our Jupiter, Florida office, this role will be an integral part of our recruiting efforts as we continue to grow.

Core responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Summary of Job Functions

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across various roles and time zones

• Manage multiple hiring calendars, coordinate availability, and confirm interview details with candidates and hiring teams
