As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Generac, you are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions, with a primary focus on high-volume hiring for Customer Support and Inside Sales roles, as well as a variety of corporate and office-based positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver top talent that supports business objectives. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a consultative approach to influencing hiring decisions. The Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a trusted talent partner to business leaders, contributes to employer branding initiatives, and plays a key role in advancing the organization's talent acquisition strategy and hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job posting to Ready for Hire Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job posting Assist in the interview process, helping to maintain a uniform and streamlined candidate and stakeholder experience Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including CRM, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates Screenings technical, cultural fit, potential Ensure candidate journey exceeds stakeholder expectations Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on recruitment process and strategies Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience Work Experience 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fields Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
