Job Description
Role: Research and Comms Lead Type: Full-time, 5-days-in-office Organization: Wipro Ltd. Location: Kodathi, Bangalore (includes travel) Experience: 8-10 years We are looking for a passionate researcher equally adept with paper trails and digital footprints, comfortable in archives, libraries, databases, and online. They will uncover overlooked sources, connect the clues, and lay the foundation for evidence-based storytelling. The ideal candidate should be creative, understand business and technology, and can tell a story in long and short form. The Wipro Story Project Wipro’s story is older than independent India. In 2016, we started to reconstruct the whole of it. We interviewed hundreds of people, collected a vast repository of material – documents, products, photographs, and memorabilia – and set up the Wipro Archives in 2017 to preserve this. Our first book, The Story of Wipro, released in 2021. We are now creating our first museum. ͏
