Drive the end-to-end development and technical design for integrating AI agents across various first- and third-party chat and voice surfaces, guiding the team through complex performance and reliability challenges. Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and AI research teams to translate complex requirements into AI-powered customer support experience. Lead technical relationship-building and co-development efforts with key external partners to ensure their technologies integrate seamlessly with our platform. Apply deep technical knowledge in telephony, chat, or Generative AI to guide product direction and successfully navigate complex technical trade-offs. Deliver in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment to accelerate development and deliver robust solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
