Software Engineer

Ford Credit is seeking an experienced and motivated Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer to design, build, and manage enterprise-grade test data solutions across complex, integrated financial platforms.

The TDM Engineer will be accountable for the end-to-end test data lifecycle including data discovery, masking, synthetic data generation, automated provisioning, validation, and delivery into lower environments. This role will help mitigate enterprise risks such as data privacy violations, test environment data gaps, delayed testing cycles, and exposure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in non-production systems.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on TDM or data engineering experience, with strong expertise in modern technologies such as JavaScript, Playwright, Python, APIs, and CI/CD automation. Mainframe experience is beneficial but is not mandatory.
