Change Implementation Manager - Global Treasury Management

About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex treasury management and Global Payments & Liquidity solutions for clients and business partners. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic change, improve implementation experiences, and influence business outcomes through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in advancing implementation strategy, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and supporting the evolution of treasury management products and services. In This Role, You Will Lead and develop a team responsible for the successful implementation of treasury management and Global Payments & Liquidity solutions, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive change initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance implementation processes, client experiences, and operational effectiveness. Make informed decisions and resolve complex implementation challenges by balancing business objectives, risk considerations, and client needs. Guide process improvement efforts, leveraging data, insights, and feedback to optimize implementation performance and scalability. Partner with clients, business partners, product teams, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver effective implementation outcomes. Provide implementation expertise through education, knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account migration activities that support successful client adoption. Manage team resources, talent development, and workforce planning while coaching, mentoring, and identifying growth opportunities for team members.

5+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex implementations while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-quality execution. Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and client workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into effective implementation strategies. Experience supporting Global Payments & Liquidity solutions, including the delivery of client-focused payment, liquidity, and cash management capabilities. Ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships across business, risk, compliance, product, and operations teams, and drive alignment toward common goals. Strong implementation and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, issue resolution, and successful execution of multiple initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts, manage client expectations, and provide clear guidance to diverse audiences. Highly organized and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Pay Range   Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
