About this role
THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are always looking for exceptional Product Managers to join the FanDuel Sports (Sportsbook & Predictions) product organization. Rather than hire against a single opening, we keep this role open on a rolling basis so we can meet and bring on outstanding product talent as we find it. We hire across three levels—Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Lead Product Manager—and place each person where they will have the greatest impact.
This role sits on our Customer Experience team—the product managers who own everything at the intersection of the FanDuel Sports app and the fans who use it. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial teams to understand what customers need, define what success looks like, and deliver innovative, data-informed products from discovery through launch and optimization. You won’t be tied to a single area on day one; as we get to know you, we’ll align you to the biggest opportunities on the team and explore the right fit together through the interview process.
Because this role spans levels, we calibrate the right level and compensation at offer—based on the scope, impact, and leadership you’ve demonstrated—and we’ll be transparent about the level we’re considering you for early on. Not sure which level fits you best? Apply anyway, and we’ll figure it out together.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Own the delivery of product outcomes—from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization—for your area of the product.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, marketing, and operations to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality product changes.
• Set the right delivery approach (MVP, experiment, or date-driven), managing cross-team dependencies, scope, and trade-offs.
Customer Insight & Discovery
• Represent the voice of the customer through research, VOC, and competitive analysis, and translate insight into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead discovery and experimentation—spikes, usability testing, and A/B tests—to de-risk initiatives and refine solutions.
Strategy & Outcomes
• Define a clear product direction and success metrics, connecting your work to team, pillar, and business-unit OKRs.
• Track and report objectively on performance, and recommend pivots grounded in data and evidence.
Collaboration & Communication
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings clearly to stakeholders, and facilitate collaborative workshops that turn discussion into action.
• Build and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitive landscape.
THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate
What you bring
• A track record of shipping successful, impactful products.
• Hands-on fluency with modern product practices and experimentation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills—comfortable defining metrics, analyzing data, and making the call.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• A strong sense of ownership, a bias toward execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Deep customer empathy and a commitment to evidence-based decision
