You will be in charge performing high-quality analysis in the area of VIM analytics You will be responsible for creating, modifying and maintaining vendor database You will verify data, contact the client and provide support on process steps. Participation in calls with the client providing update on the process, Support best practice by providing a proactive assistance in stakeholders needs

Skills and attributes for success

You are fluent in French language (written and oral) You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality You are a good team player and are able to organize team work

To qualify for the role, you must have

Self-educate and seek additional knowledge Knowledge about SAP environment Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
