About this role
Take a high-impact legal seat at the intersection of business and premium leisure travel, strategic digital and e-commerce, and a globally scaled financial institution. You’ll join Chase Travel Group Legal and serve as embedded counsel to Chase Travel Corporate Solutions (CTCS), advising business leaders on both strategic transactions and the day-to-day decisions that keep a complex B2B travel business moving – while also supporting broader Chase Travel Group regulatory and product counsel matters. You’ll partner with a business that now ranks No. 6 on Travel Weekly’s 2026 Power List and No. 3 among U.S. consumer leisure travel providers. If you’re energized by being “at the table” early – spotting issues, structuring solutions, and enabling responsible growth – this role offers the pace, visibility, and breadth of true line-of-business counsel. As a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in Chase Travel Group Legal, you will support Chase Travel Corporate Solutions (CTCS), Chase Travel Group’s B2B vertical delivering end-to-end programs for corporate and business clients’ travel, expense, customer loyalty, and event needs. You will serve as an embedded line-of-business counsel for CTCS, providing both transactional support and day-to-day business counsel in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will partner primarily with CTCS business leaders across (i) Consulting Services, offering thorough global analysis and evaluation, strategy and consultation, automated processes, new technology, and global change management to help clients reach their full corporate and business travel program potential, (ii) Partner Loyalty Solutions, building and operating travel commerce platforms designed to help clients reward customers and drive loyalty, and (iii) Entertainment Travel, supporting specialized planning needs for music tours, TV & film productions, and related stakeholders. In addition, you will support broader Chase Travel Group regulatory and product counsel, collaborating with the senior attorney serving as the chief regulatory and product counsel for Chase Travel Group. The Legal Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. manages legal and other risks, advises on products and services, interprets laws and regulations that impact the firm, and advises the firm on other matters. We are committed to a culture of inclusivity and belonging, where people can grow and succeed throughout their careers while working for a first-in-class financial institution doing cutting-edge work. If these values resonate with you, we would like to hear from you.
