As part of our Netherlands & Nordics Talent practice, you will help clients transform their businesses by bringing together people, technology, and Accenture’s global capabilities.   Our Talent team addresses complex challenges across talent strategy and development , organizational change management , and HR transformation . Explore our point of view and Talent offering here .       As a Talent Reinvention Manager or Consultant, you will lead and contribute to client engagements, help clients solve complex business and people challenges, build trusted relationships, and develop new business opportunities.   Diversity and multidisciplinary thinking are among our team’s greatest strengths . You have a relevant background in management consulting , with strong experience in transforma t ional change , capability development , and workforce reinve n tion . Your project experience may include roles such as Change Lead or AI adoption Consultant , Business Project Manager, Workforce Transformation Lead or Consultant .   You are passionate about the people side of business transformation and motivated to deepen your expertise and distinctive perspective across our Talent offering through continuous learning, collaboration, and strong internal and external professional networks.       You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities , and adapting to changing timelines. Most importantly, you are a collaborative colleague and coach who contributes to a positive , psychologically safe environment where everyone can be themselves.
