WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• University students or University graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree up to 1 year after graduation, preferably with an academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or other fields related to IT operations, service management, or business process improvement.
• Candidates available for 30+ hours per week
• Communicative, proactive, well-organized candidates with analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (strong Excel). Knowledge of Power BI and JIRA is an advantage.
• Problem solver, resourceful, who learns on the fly
• Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and software testing
• Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Individuals be able to prioritize responsibilities and present attention to details
• Goal-oriented person with very good analytical and communication skills
• Candidate able to work independently under tight schedules
• Other assets would be basic understanding of service management, ITIL
WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
• In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour
• Paid internship for a duration of 6 months with the possibility to prolong to 12 months

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Support Service Managers in day-to-day service operations and service lifecycle activities, including incident, problem, audit, resilience, and governance-related follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation such as runbooks, escalation matrices, knowledge articles, application information and support models.
• Analyze incidents, service performance, SLA/KPI adherence, and reporting data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
