Fox Entertainment is seeking a Director, Business & Legal Affairs to support a broad range of dealmaking and legal matters across creator partnerships, production, and emerging technology initiatives. This role will work with business and legal affairs leadership as an execution partner, helping to negotiate and implement complex agreements in a fast-evolving media landscape. The department in which this position sits is at the intersection of traditional entertainment, the creator economy, and technology-driven production. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile executive who thrives in a startup-like environment within a large media company. This individual has a demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker as well as manage a high volume of day-to-day work, and can effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong track record in negotiation, drafting, and analysis while contributing to a fast-paced, evolving business. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
