We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.      Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of ROI facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency Support the team to get the basic support to get the IT infra, Field glass access and profile creation in client system, laptop etc., Coordinate maintenance, repairs, space planning, and office moves Oversee the functioning of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems    Financial & Budget Management Manage budget utilization, pass-through, and CAPEX requirements. Obtain approvals based on quotations and requirements. Vendor & Service Partner Management Oversee vendor management, ensuring service efficiency and quality. Manage service partners, including technical, housekeeping, indoor plants, pest control, and pantry services. Ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals with proper inclusions and exclusions. Ensure PNC (Preventive Maintenance Contract) renewals with proper negotiation and comparison. Conduct monthly system reviews with service vendors to enhance service levels.   Facility & Infrastructure Management Oversee all infrastructure-related activities. Ensure smooth coordination and execution of building-related activities. Monitor and support staff in their core functional areas. Supervise technical and soft services. Health, Safety, and Compliance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits during scheduled visits. Conduct and coordinate evacuation drills as per client requirements. Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during crises. Operational & Quality Control Maintain quality control by ensuring cleaning, upkeep, and safety standards. Review and manage technical and housekeeping services monthly. Ensure all shutdown activities are properly executed across locations. Staff & Manpower Management Manage manpower for all third-party vendors (e.g., Colliers, Apollo, Dusters, etc.). Ensure timely processing of support staff payments. Ensure all CI staff attend back-office training sessions. Documentation & Reporting Update attendance and cost sheets regularly. Submit Monthly Management Reports (MMR) to clients upon request.
