Determines and develops approaches to system/applicatio n engineering service assignments • Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, • Determines and develops approaches to complex application engineering assignments • Leads application engineering - related projects using in-depth experience to influence results • Reduces broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects • Leads the design/ delivery of integrated multiple technologies solutions; is the key contributor of technical expertise and business/ industry knowledge • Solves complex, high • Initiates innovative design, development concepts for technical solutions • Technical or business consultant to group and business level managers, customer business decision-makers • Leads development of high impact and/ or longrange strategic projects 01 August 2021 customers, third parties • Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity   Qualifications Desired Qualifications Knowledge of RTL power analysis, power estimation, and power optimization methodologies. • Understanding of low-power design techniques including clock gating, activity analysis, power architecture validation, and power efficiency optimization. • Familiarity with RTL-to-gate power analysis and power signoff workflows. • Experience with PowerArtist or similar power analysis and optimization tools. • Understanding of power challenges in AI, HPC, datacenter, networking, automotive, and mobile semiconductor designs. • Experience in semiconductor EDA software product management, product ownership, or technical leadership roles.       Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
