Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.    Learn about the  Danaher Business System  which makes everything possible.    The Regional Marketing Manager NE/CAN Zone is responsible for translating Global Marketing strategy and partnering with local Commercial teams to drive local growth through customer insight, demand creation, funnel acceleration, and execution of regional marketing programs across the Northeast US and Canada.   This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing Bioprocess Americas, is part of Cytiva's Global Marketing Organization and will be an on-site role.   What you’ll do Develop and execute regional demand generation plans that drive qualified pipeline growth, achieve funnel addition targets, and deliver key commercial objectives across Northeastern & CAN North American Zones. Partner with regional commercial teams to identify target accounts, define growth opportunities, establish quarterly activation plans, and align marketing investments with business priorities. Lead the planning and execution of customer engagement programs and events , including strategy development, project coordination, stakeholder alignment, event execution, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate across Regional Marketing, Product Management, and Content Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns, support product positioning, and maximize business impact. Measure and optimize marketing performance through lead management, funnel analysis, market intelligence, CRM utilization, and application of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a relevant Life Sciences Field. Minimum five (5) years' experience in Marketing discipline. Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns, or events, with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to the sales process. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment (empowering others to lead).   Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:   Ability to travel up to 40% within the US and Canada and internationally outside of US Geography. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.   This job is also
