This group of diverse Engineers has a long history of supporting the Air Force Mission reaching back to the 1960's. Today's challenge is to support the modernization of the Minuteman Weapon System by crafting, building, testing and deploying new Reentry Systems and Ground Equipment that will enable the new system to perform for many years to come. This critical mission area must be done right, pass meticulous certifications and last for many years to come. If this challenge is for you, you belong in SRP. This position is for a Test and Assessment Lead. In this role, the candidate will: Lead pre and post testing analyses for flight testing Lead planning and execution of ground testing Plan and execute delta qualification efforts   The candidate will be leading other team members, including involvement in training and hiring; some travel required.   The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.  Basic Qualifications 
 Knowledge and application of one or more of the following systems engineering processes and systems integration functions: Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies System integration, test and/or verification Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development System modeling System experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g. electrical, mechanical, propulsion, radio frequency) Ability to obtain a Top Secret  security clearance; US citizenship required   Desired Skills 
 Experience with test assessment performance, processses and procedures Experience with Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) 8+ years with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test with broad based and in-depth knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through systems level Ability to absorb
