Join our global team as a Student Assistant (Administrative Support) (f/m/d) within the Corporate Cybersecurity Technology organization in Kosice . In this role, you will support daily administrative and coordination activities, helping team operate efficiently and ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and organizational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in an international corporate environment while developing organizational, communication, and project support skills. Tasks and Responsibilities This position includes a combination of the following responsibilities: Administrative Coordination Support day-to-day administrative activities for the department head. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action lists. Maintain team calendars and support scheduling activities. Documentation & Record Management Create, update, and maintain documentation and templates. Organize and manage departmental records, files, and shared repositories. Assist with document reviews to ensure consistency and completeness. Support preparation of presentations and management reports. Communication & Stakeholder Support Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries. Support communication between team members and business stakeholders. Prepare meeting minutes and track action items. Assist in coordinating activities across multiple teams and departments. Event & Project Support Support planning and logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and events. Track project-related administrative tasks and deadlines. Assist project teams with organizational and coordination activities. Help prepare status updates and summaries for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program. Experience & Skills Initial experience in administrative, office support, student organization, or project coordination activities is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills in Slovak and English. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a structured way of working. Professional Attributes Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
