Standard Job Description 
 You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing innovative mechanical solutions, designing tooling and equipment, and providing engineering support to the production floor.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical products and systems, as well as providing technical expertise to ensure seamless production processes. Your responsibilities will include: • Development of tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling / equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item. • Design / documentation efforts to be accomplished IAW company standards utilizing Pro-Engineer / Solid Works. • Provide engineering support to the production floor for issues that may surface in normal day to day integration processes by analyzing and using problem solving skills in a team environment in accordance with production rate requirements. • Research, plan, design and develop mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and / or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and / or machines. This position is in Camden. Discover more about our Camden, Arkansas location.  Requires US Citizenship - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Performs in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. Creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions. Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence. Evaluates performance (including IoT devices, etc.) of equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence. Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Basic Qualifications 
 • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent years of experience. • Ability to work in an ordnance facility • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings • Basic knowledge of Geometric
