**Description**

As an intern with Textron, you’ll gain hands\-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills\. You’ll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success\.

+ Work with senior software engineers to develop, design, configure, test, and document software solutions based on product manager requirements\.

+ Assist members of the ENG department in both daily activities and special projects to learn and gain experiences related to the function and its role in achieving business objectives\.

+ Work within defined project timelines to complete tasks according to project schedule\.

+ Follow agile processes in compliance with TSV’s Agile methodology and participate in daily scrum meetings, and sprint retrospectives\.

+ Gather statistics and prepare reports on the status of projects for discussion with management and team members\.

+ Determine, develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines\.

+ Gain exposure to the business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies

+ Education: Pursing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required

+ Software Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of specific technologies or languages such as Java, C\#, C/C , SQL, HTML, JavaScript
