Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director with 20-25 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex airport design projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex airport design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to deliver fully integrated planning and design solutions. Oversee data analysis and preparation of key planning outputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Review technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, manage project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure smooth project completion. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
Additional Information
Minimum of 20 years in project management, with at least 10 years in the aviation sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). In-depth knowledge of airport design regulations and standards.
