Overview As an Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst, you will provide development and support for Fusion extensions with a strong focus on Procure to Pay and related Oracle Fusion processes. This role combines technical delivery, production support, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration across functional, technology, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Provide development and support for Fusion extensions within the assigned value stream, with special focus on Procure to Pay functional flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, reliability, and business continuity. Design and develop process improvements ahead of migration activities using end-to-end functional understanding. Support Oracle Fusion enhancements, change requests, and the overall support backlog. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application issues and production incidents. Develop and maintain BIP and OTBI reports, interfaces, and technical solutions aligned to business needs. Work with Oracle Fusion ERP data models and integration points, including REST and SOAP APIs. Monitor post-go-live support activities to help ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Contribute to governance, documentation, and issue resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders. How You Will Do It You will work with a strong sense of ownership, keeping solutions stable, supportable, and aligned to business priorities. You will stay close to the work by understanding Procure to Pay and Order to Cash flows end to end, then removing friction through practical technical improvements. You will use Agile ways of working to plan, test, deliver, and refine changes with clarity and speed. You will collaborate openly with functional teams, support leads, and value stream partners to resolve issues quickly and keep work moving. You will apply disciplined data governance, careful analysis, and clear communication when handling production support and migration-related work. You will look for continuous improvement opportunities in reporting, interfaces, automation, and recurring support issues. You will contribute constructively during critical incidents and prioritize restoration, stability, and follow-through.

5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical analysis, development, or support. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. Strong Oracle Fusion knowledge with proven delivery and support experience. Good understanding of Procure to Pay functional process flows. Good technological understanding of Oracle Fusion implementations covering Order to Cash modules. Hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI reports. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP data models. Experience with Fusion REST and SOAP APIs. Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production environments. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a reactive, high-pressure environment.

Oracle Cloud certifications. Experience with Oracle EBS ERP environments. Basic understanding of enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft. Experience working with Agile methodology in technical delivery teams. Exposure to major incident management processes.
