Our team builds critical components for the state-of-the-art Airbus A350 XWB, including the composite center fuselage and wing spar. Your Challenges: Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions. Dismantles equipment and machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools. Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks. Assembles and installs equipment such as conveyors and tram rails using hand and power tools. Constructs foundations; aligns machines; performs scheduled inspection and maintenance. Sets up and operates machine tools and fabrication machinery to rework or make new parts. Perform root/cause analysis in support of reliability processes, and collaborate with vendors, engineering, team leader, customer, other crafts and management to solve equipment problems and develop corrective action. Rework and maintain tools of all types and materials. Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of their daily work duties (e.g., replacing machine filters, changing standard light bulbs on machines and equipment, maintaining lubrication/coolant levels, etc. as related to basic Total Preventative Maintenance duties). Repairing and building of lay-up tools. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshooting, and repairs machines and equipment. Uses PLC, CNC along with blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Move and place in correct position heavy equipment, real property and installed property in accordance with established methods. Accomplish all necessary rigging. Your Boarding Pass: Must be willing and able to work any shift Workkeys Assessment completion OR High School Diploma/GED Experience in tig and/or laser welding experience is preferred
