Job Description
Join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate the quality of employee work by measuring accuracy, timeliness, and productivity against established standards. You will identify quality trends, document findings, and provide valuable insights to support performance improvement and management review. This position also plays a key role in employee development by helping guide training efforts, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Job Duties: Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Typically two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities Preferred Skills/Experience: Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area Effective verbal and written communications skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree preferred The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
