As a Product Manager for Multimodal Conversationality in Search, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Search Intelligence and Google Lens. You will be constantly exploring, developing, and applying state-of-the-art technologies (including LLMs) to improve search quality, establish rigorous standards, and evaluate loss patterns. You will translate offline evaluations into actionable product decisions and engineering iterations that drive growth for a large consumer product. Drive product design and establish standards and quality metrics for Multimodal Conversationality and Google Lens. Lead LLM and Search quality projects, including building eval sets, evaluating side-by-side reports, and writing templates or platinums/goldens. Translate offline evaluations (like SxS) and loss pattern analysis into actionable product decisions and engineering iterations. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth for a large consumer product.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience driving growth for a consumer product. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Experience working on LLM and applying them to large-scale consumer products, including building eval sets, evaluating side-by-side reports, writing eval templates, and writing platinums/goldens. Deep understanding of UX affordances and how they shape user mental models and retention.
