How Will You Make An Impact? Jabil, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mobility and Relocation Specialist to manage and facilitate the smooth transition of employees during international and domestic assignments and relocations. This role is crucial in supporting our global talent strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience. Location This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate facility. What Will You Do? -Responsible for GM Dashboard and data analytics -Manage the end-to-end relocation process for domestic and international transfers, including policy interpretation, vendor coordination, and expense management. -Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance, support, and regular updates throughout their assignment or move. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of mobility services. -Oversee vendor relationships with relocation service providers (e.g., household goods movers, immigration specialists, temporary housing providers), ensuring service level agreements are met. -Administer relocation benefits and allowances, ensuring compliance with company policy and local regulations. -Prepare and process necessary documentation for immigration, visas, and work permits in collaboration with external legal counsel. -Track and manage relocation costs, providing regular reporting and analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. -Develop and update relocation policies and procedures to reflect best practices and evolving business needs. -Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on mobility processes and policies. -Resolve complex relocation issues and escalate as necessary. How Will You Get Here? - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -At least 2+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, international HR, or related experience. -Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities -Strong understanding of international relocation policies, immigration processes, and tax implications. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
