What You Will Do * Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC machining operations using CAM application Mastercam and UG NX. Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting. Provide tool design and tooling support for manufacturing. Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs). Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures and manage engineering changes. Receive and review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM). Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements. Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models. Select cutting tools using machining parameters based on materials and aerospace manufacturing standards. Support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards. Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and manufacturing tracking.

Qualifications
You Must Have * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production or aerospace engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM programming. Practical knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machining operations. Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam or NX. Understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with shop-floor tooling, setups, and manufacturing workflows. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Qualifications
We Prefer Experience working with aerospace or high-precision engineering components. Exposure to AS9100 quality management systems. Hands-on experience with VMC/HMC machines and controllers. Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding systems. Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement techniques. Experience with ERP/SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
