This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and quality benchmarks while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration techniques within enterprise environments. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance data workflows and pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems. - Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned technical solutions.
