Restaurant Support Staff

Responsibilities: Assist Front of House staff in efficient running of all restaurant operations. Anticipates business flows and needs and proactively sets up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions. Keeps an eye on the guest experience at the table by maintaining timely and appropriate water levels, table cleanliness, and re-setting. Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide them with a warm welcome. Manage waitlists and reservations, providing accurate wait time to guest. Performs additional task as requested such as Food Running, Bussing, Hosting and Barbacking.

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed with a flexiable schedule. Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Commitment to delivering an oustanding guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality enviroment and shift between support duties as needed.

One to two years’ experience in restaurant environment, preferably in busser/runner, or barback position. General Knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits Physical Requirements/Work Environment :    Works outdoors/indoors   Works in warm/cold climates   Works in high places   Works on wet surfaces   Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals   Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic   Must be able to move up to 55 lbs. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required.
