Location/Division Specific Information: Millersburg, PA Single-Use manufacturing locations How Will You Make an Impact?: Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product. A Day in the Life: ·          Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry ·          Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures ·          Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint ·          Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements ·          Drive safety culture and quality in all activities ·          Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate ·          Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product ·          Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: ·          Required: No previous job experience required ·          Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ·          Follow all safety protocols ·          Drive quality in all activities ·          Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping ·          Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling ·          · Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted Physical Requirements / Work Environment ·          Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherence ·          The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise. ·          Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like. ·          · Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene What We Offer Compensation ·          Competitive Hourly Pay Rate ·          Additional shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shift
