Strategic Sourcing Manager   #AJEDNP #LI-DNI #SKIP   TE Connectivity in Middletown, PA is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes. May manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing. Develop and implement the long-term Americas HR Services commodity strategy in accordance with the Global, Regional and Local needs and in alignment with key stakeholder service procurement initiatives. Drive high visibility commodity cost savings initiatives such as temp labor MSP, Fleet Management, etc. Responsible for procurement KPIs in Americas region for HR Services. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers while collaborating with regional peers in EMIA and APAC to ensure organizational objectives are met. Perform market analysis to monitor current / future trends within the assigned commodity (new players, new technologies, alternative RM etc.). Build and utilize communications channels with Functional and Business Unit (BU) leadership to assure performance needs / service level requirements are met. Drive Electronic Catalogs implementation for HR services. Closely collaborate with BPO to execute strategy plans, accomplish savings and day-to-day procurement activities. Collaborate, as needed, with Indirect Procurement Commodity Directors and Regional Leads across other indirect commodities, including Facilities Management, Capital Equipment, Spares and Supplies, MRO, Corporate Services, IT Services, and Tooling. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.   Requirements : Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.   Special Requirements : Requires 1 year of experience with the following: Contracts Management. Project Management. Pricing, Terms and Conditions Negotiation. Vendor Relationship Management. ERP (SAP) Knowledge. Presentation and Communication Skills with Senior Leadership.
