This role aims to optimize recruitment delivery across both blue and white-collar roles by enhancing speed and quality of hire, creating a robust talent pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.     As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to: Conducting workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels Developing strong relationships with HRBP and hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Creating innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent Engaging in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and hiring managers Collaborating closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts Identifying and implementing process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment Fluency in German and English. Any other European language is a plus Proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures Our promise to your:  A fair salary of at least € 53,242 per year (according to the KV)  Monthly Meal allowance We will keep you moving forward and support your career goals with exclusive Otis development programs Modern working with advanced digital equipment and flexible working hours and locations It is important to us that you have a good work-life balance We offer you a collegial and respectful working environment We welcome new ways of thinking, fresh perspectives and creative approaches   If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.  Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
