Marketing Director Channel, Brands, Communication

This role is accountable for the delivery and execution of the brand strategy across all brands within Industrial Wood EMEAl as well as driving the execution of the plans for each of the sales channels. This ensures the marketing, and sales teams have a long-term vision and aligned key objectives to deliver maximum value and ROI for each project/activity Executing the brand and channel strategy will result in profitably growing Sherwin-Williams share of the market for the Industrial Wood Coatings Division by effectively and efficiently aligning resources with opportunities. Key metrics includes sales growth in excess of market growth rates, margin growth, and new product sales growth. The position provides strategic leadership for Sales, R&D and Product Management teams in the region. It serves as a key member of the EMEAI Marketing leadership organization.
