What the day will look like As an Operations Manager, you will lead and mentor our Talent Advisory team. This team provides high-quality services, research, data, and product-related solutions. These solutions support Human Capital Solutions clients worldwide. You will supervise service delivery excellence while ensuring operational efficiency, quality, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead an operations team (colleagues plus managers) to deliver service delivery for multiple LOBs for the Human Capital Solutions business (data/products) on-time & with 100% quality. Manage all aspects of operations in terms of work allocation, skill building, quality assurance, indicators and metrics management, team engagement, team retention, backfills & growth hirings, productivity & utilization, career growth & progressions and R&R etc. Work closely with the onshore customers & product partners – meet their expectations around delivery, quality and timelines; build awareness around the content, build a strong research practice that contributes to insights and analysis. On innovation and efficiency creation. Solid understanding of the Quality Framework and Quality Assurance methodologies. People Management Translate the business goals to individual goals and set expectations/targets Build and manage capability – ensure 100% key talent back-up Ensure colleagues are motivated and engaged to perform Define career paths and development goals Focus on enhancing technical & personnel effectiveness through training, education and coaching Skills and experience that will lead to success University studies completed and proficient is English Strong project management skills – prior project leadership across medium and sophisticated, high impact projects Ability to coach and mentor. Capability of handling large/diverse teams and managing service delivery, across domains, clients and locations and time zones. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to deliver in fast paced and ambiguous set ups. Ability to manage through multiple reporting channels and relationships globally. High on initiative and demonstrated Organisational Change capability for self and teams. Proficiency with MS Office, Advanced MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point Leverage technology to bring efficiencies and improve quality.
