Career Path: Job Your Mission As part of the development, modification, and certification of large aircraft (CS-25), we are strengthening our team by recruiting a Human Factors Specialist with a solid understanding of aeronautics, flight operations, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on ensuring HF, HMI, and procedural compliance with international certification standards, while contributing to operational safety, the robustness of systems and procedures, and the well-being of operators (pilots, flight crew, and maintenance personnel). ACTIVITIES You will participate in the following activities in collaboration with systems’ designers: -    Task and procedure analysis o    Conduct pilot task analyses (HTA, CTA, workload analysis) and evaluate:     Workload,     Situational awareness,     Human error risks, o    Participate in the design and validation of normal and abnormal procedures -    Human-Machine Interface (HMI) evaluation o    Evaluate cockpit HMI compliance with CS/FAR-25 & AMC Human Factors requirements o    Analyze:     Information legibility and prioritization     Display and alerting logic     Consistency of modes and transitions o    Identify Human Factors risks related to:     Information overload     Interface ambiguities     Selection or comprehension errors. o    Formulate HMI design or improvement recommendations in collaboration with systems, avionics, and system safety teams. -    Human Factors & Certification expertise o    Provide critical evaluation compliant with CS/FAR-25.1302 requirements (and associated AMC/GM) regarding critical and complex cockpit configurations, functions, technologies, and operations. o    Draft compliance demonstration and certification dossiers o    Participate in discussions with certification authorities -    Analyze user needs and actual activity; identify factors influencing human performance. -    Conduct and/or contribute to associated Human Factors evaluations. -    Formulate recommendations applicable to both existing fleets and future products. -    Support system designers in defining and formalizing human factors needs and requirements, ensuring their alignment with operational usage and system constraints. -    Participate in defining the development and V&V strategy regarding human factors requirements. -    Draft various demonstration dossiers and deliverables. -    Participate in project development reviews. -    Lead projects with partners and universities aimed at advancing scientific knowledge to continuously improve aviation safety.

About you
