Finance Intern (Undergraduate)

Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision support. The intern will work closely with Finance professionals and cross-functional teams to develop technical and business skills while contributing to real business projects.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes through data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support business recommendations. Help prepare financial models, dashboards, and management reports. Assist with variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and forecast. Support expense tracking, capital spending analysis, and project cost monitoring. Maintain financial databases and reporting files to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to support decision-making. Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects. Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and data quality. Explore opportunities to leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled technologies within Finance processes. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams on business initiatives. Help create presentations and visualizations that communicate key financial insights. Perform assigned responsibilities under the supervision and guidance of experienced Finance professionals while developing technical and business acumen.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Expected graduation date December 2027 or May 2028 GPA 2.8 or higher Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (OPT H1b, TN visa currently not supported)
