Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets, identify cost variances and commercial risks, and recommend corrective actions. Support procurement activities through BOQ preparation, bid evaluation, quotation review, and cost-effective contractor/vendor selection. Conduct site measurements and verify work progress, contractor claims, variations, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts to ensure effective commercial management and project governance. General Responsibilities  Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets to support effective cost planning and control. Manage contractor billing, interim valuations, variation orders, and final account settlements in accordance with contractual requirements. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to monitor costs, manage commercial risks, and support decision-making. Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial analyses to ensure effective budget management and cost control.
