The transaction is intended to qualify as a tax-free transaction for U.S. federal income tax purposes for the Company’s shareholders. The separation is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2027, subject to certain customary conditions, including, among others, final approval by our Board of Directors, receipt of requisite regulatory clearances and compliance with applicable SEC requirements. GPC is celebrating its 98th year in business and its distribution expertise, and well-positioned, regionally located distribution centers continue to provide the Company with the unique ability to adapt products and services to the ever-changing needs of its customers. Location Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, GA or optionally, Motion Headquarters, Birmingham AL The Tax Manager is responsible for the Company’s international tax compliance, reporting and planning initiatives that impact the areas noted below.  Global Effective Tax Rate Management and Statutory reporting Provision and compliance related calculations Organizational structure and internal controls US GAAP tax accounting and SEC reporting Functions and Responsibilities Assist in the Implementation of the organization's tax strategy optimizing tax planning while ensuring it complies with all relevant local and international tax laws and regulations Collaboratively engage across multiple business functional groups including Operations, Finance, and Tax to facilitate the proper documentation and recording of regulatory and compliant intercompany transactions in an efficient and effective manner Advise VP Tax on tax matters and the potential impact of laws and regulations on the organization’s operational activities Maintain and build ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors to ensure the organization maintains best in class standards Assist in managing global tax reporting and compliance; audit coordination; address notices/inquires with various tax authorities Supports U.S tax return preparation and limited international return preparation Monitor and evaluate the consequences of changes in
