What this job involves: As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will serve as the single point of contact for comprehensive facilities management services, working closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, where you'll coordinate tenant requirements, manage service delivery, and implement innovative programs that reduce costs while increasing productivity. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining seamless facility operations and fostering positive client relationships that reflect JLL's commitment to excellence in facilities management. What your day-to-day will look like: Support the Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Lead in executing short and long-term goals, projects, and strategic initiatives for the client Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all facilities-related documentation in accordance with client policies Manage work assignments and performance of building technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure service delivery meets established standards Lead facilities staff to achieve expected service levels within prescribed budgets while maintaining high client satisfaction Develop and manage capital and expense budgets through close collaboration with client representatives, preparing operating budget reports and monthly variance analyses Recommend capital improvements and implement innovative processes that optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs Ensure contractor compliance with all client and JLL policies during on-site service delivery, maintaining safety and quality standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis 5+ years of industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service providers, or consulting roles Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to manage both technical and administrative staff Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Computer proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in related field Experience with annual performance planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management Demonstrated track record of implementing best practices and innovative solutions in facilities management Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and contractor oversight Strong financial acumen with budget development and variance analysis experience Location: Onsite Work Shift: 1st shift hours This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
