Job Summary
Role Overview This role is a foundational strategic position within the Regional Marketing Campaign Center of Excellence (CoE) on the field marketing team, focused on driving predictable, scalable, and high-quality demand generation in the North America market by blending traditional strategic rigor with AI-driven marketing innovation. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring North America remains the leader in pipeline generation and acceleration. The Regional Marketing Manager will focus on campaigns for Unit 42, CXO, and industry ABM as the primary drivers of strategic campaign design and execution for North America, ensuring all efforts are both aligned with global strategies and highly relevant to specific regional and vertical market needs. Focus: Design, localize, and govern integrated campaign strategies; lead strategic planning and collaborative execution of Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) programs; ensure alignment with regional, vertical, and sales needs. Ensuring campaigns and lead lifecycle flow. Key Contribution: Act as the strategic consultant and enablement resource for North America field marketers, providing performance insights and critical feedback to refine global campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Include: Agile Playbooks & Strategy: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies for North America, including audience segmentation, vertical relevance, connected journey alignment, and channel mix recommendations. Adapt and adopt integrated campaign templates and manage "Living Playbooks" utilizing Generative AI for rapid localization of global assets, ensuring vertical relevance. Governance & Brand Integrity: Partner with North America segment teams and global marketing teams to adapt and adopt creative/content playbooks and program guides,, acting as an internal expert and resource a true guardian of brand integrity while piloting AI tools . Lead Velocity & MOFU Program Leadership: Lead the execution of Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) programs for North America, requiring deep strategic alignment with Global campaign managers and PMMs to ensure a steady, qualified flow of leads through the sales funnel. Utilize AI-powered lead scoring and intent data to prioritize high-value prospects for BDRs, guiding Regional Marketing Managers on execution recommendations. ABM/DBM Precision: Provide strategic campaign support, execution, suggestions, and oversight for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Database Marketing (DBM) initiatives. Utilize AI intent signals to identify "in-market" accounts before they enter the funnel, collaborating with the Global COE, NAM Hub, regional segment teams, shared services, and vendors on target deliverables.
