WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You'll be part of the Retail Experiences Inline team, responsible for elevating consumer experiences across Nike's full-price retail network, including both Nike-owned and partner stores. You'll partner closely with teammates across Global Retail Experience, Nike Direct Stores Inline, City Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, the Retail Creative Studio, Geo Brand teams, and retail partners. You will report to the Senior Manager of Retail Experience. Success in this role comes through collaboration. You'll build strong relationships across functions to help bring integrated retail experiences to life while ensuring consistency and excellence across the EMEA Inline fleet. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a consumer-focused retail marketing professional who combines strong retail acumen with a passion for brand experience. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON In this role, you'll help bring Nike's EMEA Inline retail vision to life by supporting the delivery of scalable retail experiences across our full-price Nike-owned and partner stores, with a primary focus on the Running & Training business. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll help execute seasonal priorities, retail concepts, and consumer-focused initiatives that strengthen brand impact, drive marketplace relevance, and elevate the retail experience for consumers across the Running & Training journey. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the execution of retail experience strategies and initiatives across the EMEA Inline fleet. Adapting and implementing Global retail concepts, tools, and capabilities for EMEA marketplaces. Contributing to the development and deployment of retail concepts, in-store storytelling, and door planning solutions. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent and premium execution across retail touchpoints. Supporting consumer retail activations initiatives while leveraging marketplace insights to identify opportunities and enhance future experiences. Managing project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful implementation across key initiatives. Supporting the operational execution of retail experiences and activations, including coordinating content and assets, developing creative briefs, maintaining project resources, and helping bring concepts to life in-store.
