Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will perform moderately complex research and analysis supporting supply chain finance for the contract manufacturing organization. You will provide financial insights, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering support for assigned sites while helping drive informed business decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support annual planning, forecasting, period close, and financial analysis activities. Minimum 3 years of related experience. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Serve as a finance business partner within the contract manufacturing organization, owning financial results and forecasting for assigned sites. Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned profit and loss components and related balance sheet accounts. Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable, forward-looking insights to business partners regarding opportunities and risks. Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities and resolution of unusual items and issues. Provide financial analysis and modeling support for initiatives including competitive analysis, pricing, innovation, and other business requests. Lead and support project work across financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments. Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support business decision-making. Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and management reports. Provide financial planning and analysis support across the broader finance organization as needed. Participate in finance-wide initiatives and special projects based on business priorities. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required. 3+ years of professional business and financial experience. Self-motivated with success working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities. Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts. Experience building strong partnerships with internal customers and peers while effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve business challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred. Demonstrated critical thinking skills using analytics, benchmarking, and insights to develop meaningful strategies and solutions. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
