IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing data processing services to the facility at both locations to include performing basic computer system maintenance, setting up new computers, getting computers that are out of commission ready for removal, troubleshooting computer systems problems, working with CFO/Corp IT to mandate security procedures are followed, and other IT-related tasks/projects as assigned by the CFO/Corp IT. Interacts with a wide variety of personnel in all departments of the company as well as IT vendors. Associates degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience with system administration or any combination of education, training or experience in the Information Systems environment required. Technical certifications (MCSE, CCNA, A+, NET+) preferred Two (2) years related experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment, with a working knowledge of computers and business software application programs and experience with in-house processing systems.
