As a Holiday Seasonal Associate, you’ll support the store where it’s needed most—assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for the busiest shopping season of the year. What You’ll Do Receive shipments & accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom & off-site locations. Assist sales team in replenishing sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will... Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers Scan shipment as delivered Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed packaged and logged, and easily located for replenishment Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure that the stockroom is clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized Comply with all company policies and procedures Ensure all appropriate stockroom procedures are followed to minimize loss to the co • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. • Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services. • Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions. • Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations. • Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store. • Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop. • Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area. • Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require. • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. We’re Looking For Someone Who • Enjoys helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences. • Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. • Works well independently and as part of a team. • Is dependable, organized, and adaptable. • Has strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods. • Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
