As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll work alongside a team of technicians to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems that keep our headquarters building running safely and efficiently. In addition to performing routine maintenance and system inspections, you'll respond to tenant requests with professionalism, helping ensure a productive and comfortable workplace. What We Offer: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive pay and benefits Career development opportunities Safety-focused culture Responsibilities/Expectations: Operates, maintains, and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related equipment to ensure its safe and efficient operation Responds to tenant requests in a courteous and efficient manner and reports unresolved issues to leaders Takes readings on equipment regularly, analyzes readings, and makes adjustments to equipment as needed Maintains and operates chillers, boilers cooling towers, and related equipment Solves problems with building fire and energy management systems Inspects and tests elevators, fire pumps, generators, carbon monoxide sensors, and other facility equipment Must have Mechanical journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma OR a State Boiler Operator license and a first class limited Engineer's license Must possess an EPA refrigerant certification Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Two (2) year degree from Vocational/Technical/Business school or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; a minimum of three (3) years experience in the HVAC industry to include installation, repair or maintenance Physical and Environment Work Requirements: The ability to: Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs. and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs. as needed Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) Use hand tools Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements: Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed Examples of rotating shifts include: Weekends: 7pm -7am and Thurs. and Fri. 3pm - 11pm Weekends: 7am-7pm and Mon and Tues 3pm - 11pm Mon. – Fri.: 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am May be required to work overtime Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills This role includes work performed within a facility regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
