Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team:   With Intelligence, now part of S&P Global, is transforming the investment data landscape through  cutting-edge  technology and AI driven solutions. Our global engineering team  operates  in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where we  leverage  best-of-breed technologies to build sophisticated data platforms that empower investment professionals worldwide. We value technical excellence, innovation, and fostering a culture where engineers can work with the latest frontend and backend technologies while making a meaningful impact on how financial data is accessed and analyzed.       Responsibilities and Impact:   D evelop sophisticated user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend technologies to empower investment professionals with data-driven insights   Build and maintain  GraphQL  server architecture to efficiently serve frontend requests and  optimize  data delivery for high-performance applications   Contribute to our  component  library development using industry-standard tools, ensuring reusable, accessible, and scalable frontend components   Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (including PHP, Node.js, and Python developers) to deliver high-quality software solutions in a global technology environment   Optimize  web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability while working with data-rich investment domain datasets   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to the continuous improvement of frontend development processes and best practices           What We're Looking For:       Basic Required Qualifications:   4+ years of proven experience as a React Developer with a strong portfolio  demonstrating  frontend development  expertise   Proficiency  in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (such as React.js   and  Next.js   Strong experience with TypeScript and modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles   Hands-on experience with API integration technologies (such as RESTful APIs,  GraphQL , Apollo, or similar data fetching solutions)   Experience with version control systems (such as Git, GitLab, or similar collaborative development tools) and unit testing frameworks   (such as Jest and RTL)   E xperience working with complex, data rich applications   Excellent problem solving and debugging skills   Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web application security best practices       Additional Preferred Qualifications:   Experience with Node.js and backend development technologies for full-stack collaboration   Familiarity with  component  library development tools (such as  Storybook,    or  similar design system platforms)   About S&P Global Market Intelligence At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
