About this role
The Contract Analyst supports the administration and maintenance of CDW’s contract portfolio with a strong focus on contract compliance, data accuracy, and pricing integrity. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and skilled at problem solving, data analysis, and managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment. What You’ll Do Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions for a healthcare contract portfolio that includes Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and direct customer agreements. Maintain customer pricing programs, including manufacturer price maintenance, and update systems accordingly. Maintain GPO membership in CDW systems to access contract pricing and programs. Utilize CDW systems and AI tools to prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc contract reports. Process customer rebates and contract fees. Track contract deliverables and expirations, and support the contract renewal process. Manage the operational setup and launch of new customer agreements and programs. Prepare contract modifications as needed for price changes, additions, discontinuations, and product adjustments. Develop and maintain contract reference materials. Maintain an accurate and organized contract repository for internal and external use. Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners, including the timely management of Salesforce cases assigned to the team. Protect confidential information and escalate contract related concerns to appropriate stakeholders. Contribute to department and company initiatives by leading or participating in assigned projects that enhance capacity, efficiency, or quality. Administer strategic programs aligned with annual priorities and broader organizational goals. What We Expect of You Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in contract administration OR 7 years of contract administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
