Major Duties :• Develops and exercises business plans, policies and procedures related to Finbourne, Legacy Renewal and Portfolio Accounting engine • Ensures translation of business strategy to technology plan and implements successfully while making efficient use of the NT Architecture. • Provides advisory to both Technology and business partners offering transparency to the planning and status of all technology activities • Ensures the purpose and value of Tech activities is clearly communicated 5. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise in Azure, database, stream trade activity and reporting. • Identifies and solves complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department • Guided by organization functional business plans, impacts the department results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies Knowledge :• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers and leaders • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, bring thought leadership/innovation on emerging new Tech practices • Highly flexible and adaptable to change • Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Azure, Large scale high performant systems design and high resiliency and failover) is required • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff. • Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance • Persuades managers and leaders to take action and/or negotiates with external partners/vendors/clients Experience :• Manages multiple related teams, sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan • A College or University degree and/or relevant. MBA is a plus with proven work experience in Project/Program Management is required. 15+ yrs of Banking and Custody business exposure in their IT systems is required. Minimum 2 Years of leadership experience/leading enterprise level strategic programs. Salary Range: $164,600 - 288,000 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
